Nick Masellis, 81, of Redding died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding. For 32 years, Masellis was a teacher and Department Head of Mathematics at Anderson Union High School. A funeral was held Monday, Oct. 14, at Lady of Mercy Church in Redding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Masellis to the AUHS Community Scholarship Association, Our Lady of Mercy or Sacred Heart Parishes.
