Born in Battle Creek, Michigan on September 20, 1956, Died on October 25, 2013. Mike is survived by his mother, Betty Heckber, brother John Forsyth, sister Judy Riess Forsyth, and his two daughters Misty Forsyth and Tara Nicholson and 4 grandchildren.
Michael has always been a hard worker and dedicated man who enjoyed playing golf and was an active member of the Churn Creek Golf Association in Redding CA. He also enjoyed collecting unique items.
Celebration of life was held Saturday, March 8th, 2014 at Churn Creek Golf Course, Redding CA where Mike was honored by many members of his family and Golfing friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
